Javad Tavakoli Taroghi was born in April 1350 in Tehran, Khorasan Square neighborhood. He started his elementary school in 1357 at Martej al-Dawlah elementary school and finished his secondary school at Shahada High School located on Ghiathi Street. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in judicial law, he succeeded in obtaining a master’s degree in international trade law and a doctorate in public international law from Qom University.
Javad Tavakoli Targhi As a child, due to the employment of his father and brothers, he was familiar with the work of production in the market at the same time as production and trade, and from the summer of 1958, in the workshop belonging to his father and brothers, along with his studies, he learned to work with various industrial devices and some of the time He was engaged in selling the products of the workshop in the market. After completing the holy period of military service, he started producing all kinds of industrial wires in Varamin region.
After several years of experience in production and trade, when the initial preparations for the construction of the factory were completed, he established the Natanz steel company in May 1373 and then launched the first phase of the rebar production plant in the Natanz region. This project was produced and put into operation in 2013.
In order to develop the factory, he opened the second phase of the branch rebar production line in 2003. In order to complete the production chain and supply raw materials for rolling units, he established the Natanz Iron Smelting Company in September 2000 and then launched the first steel ingot production unit from scrap iron in 2005 and opened it with the presence of the Minister of Industries at the time.
With unceasing efforts, he decided to expand his production unit and finally in 1389 he put into operation the huge coiled rebar production line (the third phase of the Natanz Steel Factory) in the presence of the then president, and in order to increase the rolling production line of Natanz Steel and supply The raw materials of the rolling units inside the complex, he also developed the Natanz Iron Smelting Company and in 2013, he commissioned the second phase of the Natanz Iron Smelter with the presence of the then minister.
