This unit inspects all inputs and outputs of the factory, including raw materials, parts and manufactured products, using educated and experienced people.
In this unit, the quality control technicians of the factory inputs including sponge iron, scrap iron, ferroalloys, additives and consumables, refractories, etc. control and take samples according to the instructions for the relevant tests, so that they are delivered to the warehouse after approval for use in the production line.
All production steps are also controlled by process control personnel according to production instructions.
After the melt is prepared, it is sampled so that after the final product analysis is confirmed, the casting license is issued.
In the next step, the produced ingot is controlled by TOPS in terms of dimensional parameters and the absence of metallurgical defects (cracks, cracks, etc.) and is delivered to the product warehouse.
The quality control unit, in line with product development and improving the quality and methods of steel production, which is part of the company’s quality policy, while recording process control information and analyzing them, is taking steps to achieve the above goals.
