Its raw materials are a combination of scrap iron and sponge iron, and its products are construction steel ingots such as ST5SP, 31Mn4, 34MN5, etc.

 

Furnace unit:

The furnaces are charged with scrap iron and sponge iron in several stages, and the molten steel is discharged into the pot after being prepared through the furnace stud.

Continuous casting unit

After reaching the desired chemical composition and homogenizing the temperature and chemical composition in the raising station, the molten pot is sent to the continuous casting station.

In the continuous casting station, the molten steel is poured from the pot to the tundish and from the tundish into the casting molds (crystallizer) until after cooling in the crystallizer and forming the primary shell, it enters the secondary cooling area and by directly spraying water in this area, the freezing process takes place. be completed After leaving the casting machine, the produced ingot is continuously transferred to the cooling bed by the stretching and smoothing rollers (SW), which are cut to the desired length by the ingot cutting torch.

The produced ingots are transferred to the product warehouse after hot and cold inspections and final approval and writing the melting number on them to be presented to the market.
